Overview
In response to CUFL’s need for improved efficiency and reliability in its ammonia synthesis converter operations, our team at Naahar Industrial Equipments Co. Ltd. (NIECO) provided comprehensive support, from unloading and loading new catalysts to conducting inspections, maintaining baskets, and performing reduction tasks essential for operational stability.
Project Execution
1. Catalyst Unloading & Loading : The process began with the careful unloading of the used catalyst, followed by the precise loading of the new catalyst. Our team ensured safety and accuracy during this critical phase to optimize converter performance.
2. Inspection and Maintenance : A thorough inspection was conducted on the converter's internal components, identifying wear and tear areas and ensuring all parts met operational standards. Maintenance on the basket system was performed to enhance longevity and reliability in CUFL’s ongoing operations.
3. Reduction of Ammonia Converter : Following best practices, we completed a controlled reduction process, preparing the converter for efficient operation while adhering to CUFL’s stringent quality standards.
