NAAHAR INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT’S CO. LTD (NIECO Ltd), established in 2012, is a trading and import company for supply and service to industrial customer in Bangladesh territory. We import and supply a wide range of industrial products for Fertilizers, Power plant, WASA, Cement, Paper, Oil & Gas, Steel & Re-rolling industries. We understand that our industrial customers have a real need –a supplier who can deliver a high-quality service within short delivery time which adds value to their industries while reducing cost at the same time.

NIREM Service Team is a leading maintenance team having strong technical skills and engineering know-how in Fertilizer Industries, Oil Refinery, Gas Field, Petrochemical Industries, Power Plants and other heavy industries. We provide maintenance and overhauling services with small overhead costs by our skilled & Highly Competent service team comprising experienced engineers and technicians, who have independent capabilities for troubleshooting, overhauling, installation, commissioning of different industrial equipment. We have a team with low managing costs having a great knowledge of the market and all its features, aiming to flexibility and passion for a better customer satisfaction.

Benefits of Adequate Maintenance

Proper/adequate maintenance plays an important role for keeping the asset/machine available at desired period by ensuring machine reliability. There is a great impact on the performance of each and every machine/equipment for what type of maintenance we do. Process critical, single train, high speed rotating machines of an industry especially heavy industries like Urea fertilizer, power plant, Refineries, petrochemicals etc. must be maintained as per adequate maintenance practice. Without proper and good maintenance practice, reliability, availability and uninterrupted operation of such critical machines cannot be achieved. As a result productivity will be decreased and negative cost impact will be incurred to the organization. Every production facility in the world strives for more production with low cost. This can be achieved by keeping the machine/equipment available at high utilization rate. High asset availability depends on proper maintenance practice. So every organization should try to maintain their equipment as per proper/adequate maintenance practice.

There are several Urea Fertilizer Factories under the umbrella of BCIC. These factories having many process critical, single train and high speed rotating machines. Most of the factories are old. To the best of our knowledge, these factories sometimes were not in operation due to shortage of natural gas supply. Sometimes the factories remained stop due to unwanted breakdown. Inadequate maintenance practice cannot stop unwanted breakdown of such critical machines. Due to unwanted breakdown, huge production loss is incurred and the organization suffers from great financial loss. In this way, Fertilizer distribution may also be affected due to shortage of production
